Residents with disabilities still face barriers getting around in Charleston decades after federal law aimed to help them.
Greg Bunn is a double amputee. Most of the time, he pushes himself around on a long skateboard. He said it’s easier and cheaper than using a wheelchair, and much more comfortable than his prosthetic legs.
